Allison recently won the Woman’s coach of the year at the APCTC (The Association of Professional Coaches, Trainers and Consultants) Awards

In 2004 Allison founded the Winning Women networking group, as she believes connection through networking is essential to the growth of any business.

As a womanpreneur herself for the past 6 years, she appreciates that success isn’t always a given….. clarity, commitment and regular large doses of self belief are continually needed to ensure success.

Allison also founded the Winning Women Business Awards, to bring together the women behind the most innovative and successful small businesses, to acknowledge the contribution they have made to the community, and celebrate their success.

She was also one of six finalists in the Coaching & NLP Superconference Coach of The Year in both 2010 and 2011 and is widely regarded as one of the leading coaches in the UK, running events with well regarded speakers and having shared the platform with the likes of Mindy Gibbins-Klein, Rachel Elnaugh, Christina Morrasi and many others.

Allison has worked with 100′s of women in business, many who run award winning businesses and has guided, championed and supported them through their journey’s as they discovered how they could make a significant difference, by breaking through the stories that had previously held them back to a magical new existence full of limitless opportunities.

Allison is married to Berni and has 4 amazing children, Matt, Abbi-Louise, Imogen and Lizzi-Grace, so she is an expert at the art of balancing a happy home life with a successful business – something her clients and colleagues often seek her guidance on. She loves connecting with nature and walking her dog Boddington on the beach on the South Coast of England.
